Pontoons Incorporated Construction

Quality, attention to detail and continuous innovation are what make Pontoons Incorporated pontoon boats the best in boating today. Solid and well crafted, our pontoon is built for safety and long life.

Each .080 gauge aluminum pontoon tube is internally bulk-headed, safety vented, and pressure tested, providing three or more water-proof chambers. Our nose with splash guards adds safety and performance.

Our frames are made from heavy gauge rectangular aluminum pieces, which are welded together, rather than nailed or screwed as with some other boats. We use 3/4" marine plywood on our decks.

Heavy duty anodized aluminum railing, painted aluminum, premium marine graphics and stainless steel fasteners ensure beauty and long life. Railing spacers are installed for water drainage and cleaning. Wheelchair width doors open to the inside for safety and ease of access.

Our top quality marine grade vinyl resist fading. 33 oz. stain resistant coated base vinyl provides the comfort and feel of leather.

The molded plastic seat frames are designed with water channels plus raised inside compartments for excellent on-board storage. UV inhibited marine designer carpeting resists fading and is durable in a wide range of climates.

NIVI pontoons are quality constructed for safety and certified by the Coast Guard. Please read the owner's manual and all labels and safety checklists before operating your pontoon and motor. To ensure safe boating, always wear personal flotation devices and never operate your pontoon while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
